Ms. Ong is responsible for overseeing business valuation projects in Singapore and the South East Asia.

She has nearly 10 years of work experience in valuation and related advisory services to listed and listing companies of different industries in connection with M&A, financial reporting and litigation. She has handled or overseen projects in purchase price allocation and impairment exercises, intangible asset identification/valuation and the valuation of equity, financial instruments, and employee share options. Prior to this, Ms. Ong spent five years in various organizations which include BP Plc, Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city, Ministry of Finance (Singapore) and Citibank as a management consultant, CEO office/ strategy manager, corporate income tax associate and banking associate respectively.

Ms. Ong obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Sciences (Second-class Honours, upper division) with a minor in Entrepreneurship. She is also an International Certified Valuation Specialist (ICVS).
