Germán Casaseca has led Gesvalt as a CEO since the company’s origins in 1994.

He began his professional career at Acrow Engineers Ltd as an expert in civil Works, participating in major infrastructure projects in the 80s. Later, his high interest in the financial world led him to join Corporación Bancaria, where he participated in different restructuring processes in financial institutions. Mr. Casaseca also has extensive international experience which started at Delta Serres Maroc, where he ran the company for six years. There, he had the opportunity to develop projects in Libya, Syria, Mauritania, and Tunisia, among others.

His experience in consulting and valuation originated in the company Euro Appraisal, where he held the position of Managing Director for five years.

Gesvalt began in 1994. What initially started as a project has become—25 years later—a valuation and consulting company with the confidence of more than 15,000 clients. From the very beginning, Mr. Casaseca has committed to service diversification and the development of the Advisory Services Department.

He has boosted a company with certain Anglo-Saxon features, with a strong vocation towards growth and internationalization. He has led the acquisition of various companies necessary for Gesvalt’s development and expansion. Likewise, he has encouraged participation in international networks, such as Valuation Research Group and Latam Business Club, which has allowed the company to strengthen its brand and offer global services adapted to the client’s needs.

His effort to offer clients personalized attention and high-quality service has prompted him to promote a working philosophy based on excellence and continuous improvement that extends to all aspects of the company.
