Annabelle Saar has extensive experience in valuations, expert opinions, financial advisory for M&A transaction and forensic accounting for a broad range of public and governmental institutions and bodies in a large number of sectors and industries. As part of her work, she provides consulting for key transactions and complex business processes in the Israeli economy. Similarly, she leads cases in the Commercial Court and Family Courts, including preparing expert financial and accounting opinions in a variety of areas.

Prior to joining Prometheus, Annabelle served as a senior auditor at PwC Israel and provided services to many public companies of different sizes. Annabelle is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Israel and holds a BA in Accounting from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.
