Mr. Kurt has over 15 years of experience in real estate valuation and consultancy, with a strong foundation in surveying engineering and a particular focus on cross-border and European markets. Over the course of his career he has progressed through the full range of valuation roles from valuer to supervisor and technical manager building deep expertise in property valuation across diverse markets.

As Regional Manager Europe at Denge Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş., Mr. Kurt leads the firm’s international operations, based in Amsterdam, where he develops international partnerships and supports Denge’s expansion within the Valuation Research Global (VRG) network.

Mr. Kurt is a Member of RICS (MRICS) since 2017 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering from Yıldız Technical University and a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from Boğaziçi University. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University.
