Mr. Szewach brings over 15 years of experience in valuations and expert opinions as well as complex financial modeling. He has an especially long track record in valuing high tech companies by virtue of his education and experience as an engineer. He also provides expert opinions to the Israeli courts and to the Israeli tax authority.

Mr. Szewach is a member of the Israeli Association of Appraisers (IAA), where he is also a member of the tax committee.

He is also a member of the Israeli Association for Business Economists, as well as the IDC Fair Value Forum and the ICPA valuations committee.

Prior to Prometheus, Mr. Szewach served as a senior financial advisor for hi-tech companies at E&Y (Israel), and before that he served as an electrical engineer at Elbit System, one of Israel’s prominent home-land-security corporations.

Mr. Szewach holds a B.Sc in electronic engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA in Business Administration (specializing in accounting and finance) from Tel Aviv University.
