Mr. Peltz has extensive experience in preparing expert opinions, valuations, M&A transactions, and business plans.

As part of his work, he leads cases handled in arbitrations, mediations, and in the financial court. In the course of his work Mr. Peltz also takes private and public companies through complex business transactions and processes.

Prior to joining PFA, Mr. Peltz served as a senior accountant at PwC Israel (Kesselman & Kesselman) in Tel-Aviv. His work included, auditing the financial statements of both public and private companies and non-profit organizations in Israel and abroad.
