Katy Lawrence joined the team in September 2014, bringing with her six years of experience as an adviser at Deloitte in Financial Advisory Services. A valued colleague, she provides expert valuation advice to clients of all sizes across various industries, including financial reporting, taxation, transactional and dispute resolution purposes. As one of our newest Directors, Katy will help to lead the future of the practice.

Katy regularly contributes to the development and presentation of seminars on valuation theory and practice for legal and accounting professionals. She has extensive experience in preparing Independent Expert Reports (IERs) for related party takeover offers, disposals of substantial assets, and voluntary responses to takeover offers. Additionally, she provides valuation support accounting, tax and transactional purposes across a wide range of industries including healthcare, technology, and oil and gas.
