VRG’s Rodolfo Biasca to Retire
One of the originating VRG members, Biasca will retire after three decades
New York, NY (August 29, 2025) – Valuation Research Global (VRG), a full-service, globally connected group that focuses on valuations and other value-related services, announced today that VRG co-founder and Argentine member Rodolfo Biasca will retire.
Biasca was an original member of VRG, leading its presence in Argentina and co-founding the organization in 1995 alongside firms from Brazil, Mexico, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States. He founded and served as president of VRG member firm R. Biasca & Asociados, an Argentine consulting firm that has built its reputation in the business transformation field.
Biasca & Asociados completed engagements in all countries across Continental Latin America, leveraging its experience with international best practices, knowledge of Latin American culture, international contacts and a near 50-year history of delivering value to clients. VRG continues to be represented in Latin America, with member firms in São Paulo, Brazil, and Monterrey, Mexico.

Biasca has written 18 business books, including best sellers “Renewal,” “Business Transformation,” “Change Management: The Biasca’s Model,” and “Are We Competitive?” He has served as a management consultant for the World Bank, United Nations, Deloitte, and Coopers & Lybrand. He is also an economics professor at Purdue University Global and has taught lectures at over 60 universities worldwide.
